IMPORTANT MESSAGE
TO ALL CST’S:
As a reminder, on July 20, 2009 your Warehouse and Service Agreement for Custom Seed Treating will terminate. Please have ALL reports turned in to BCS no later than 5:00 pm Eastern time on July 17, 2009.
The BCS Seed Treatment order department will be sending an inventory form to fill out and sign with your ending inventories. Pursuant to Paragraph 9 of the Agreement, if the inventory reconciliation shows a shortage in remaining product, you will be responsible to pay BCS for the shortage.
Bayer CropScience will arrange for all BCS products to be shipped back to BCS at BCS’ expense between July 21 and July 31, 2009. Please do not return any tags; these may be kept or thrown away.
